What's included
- 1 ready-to-use 'Habits' database with 9 sample habits.
- Properties: category, frequency, target/week, streaks, done-today checkbox, difficulty, start date, notes.
- A 'Streak Status' formula that flags habits on fire (streak >= 7).

🔥 ⭐ Why pay for this — Most habit trackers are glorified checkboxes. This one encodes proven behavioral science — Atomic Habits identity statements, Tiny Habits anchor→behavior→celebration loops, graduated streak badges, and time-investment analytics — so you buy a system that makes habits stick, not just a place to tick boxes.

Operational review and maintenance
Use Habit Tracker as a maintained operating system, not a static example. Start with one complete sample in Habits, replace demonstration facts with current evidence, and keep related records consistent before relying on a dashboard or summary.
