Meeting Notes

How to use

Create a Meeting entry for each session, capture decisions and parking-lot items, then assign Action Items linked back to the meeting. Urgency and overdue status compute automatically.

What's included

Meetings database (attendees, decisions, status) + Action Items database (linked, with auto Urgency and Is Overdue formulas).

<aside> 💡 Two databases connected by a relation: Meetings (your notes) and Action Items (tasks related to each meeting). Sample rows are editable and pre-linked.

  1. Create a Meeting row, set type/attendees/date.
  2. Add Action Items and link each to its Meeting.
  3. Open a Meeting page to write notes; its related action items appear via the relation.

<aside> 📝 ⭐ Why pay for this — Most free meeting templates stop at capturing notes — this one measures them. Auto urgency badges surface stale actions before they die, a parking-lot + decisions-required field captures off-agenda items, and recurrence tracking manages your standing meetings. AI-ready structure Notion AI / Otter can auto-fill.

Operational review and maintenance

Use Meeting Notes as a maintained operating system, not a static example. Start with one complete sample in Meetings, Action Items, replace demonstration facts with current evidence, and keep related records consistent before relying on a dashboard or summary.
